Any confirmed balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

By registering an alpa66 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
alpa66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their alpa66 account and/or via a notice displayed within the platform. Continued use of the alpa66 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the applicable version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which alpa66 is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute between a Member and alpa66 that cannot be resolved through the standard support process, the Member may escalate the matter in writing to alpa66's compliance team via the contact details provided in the alpa66 platform. alpa66 will endeavour to resolve escalated disputes within 30 days of receipt. Where a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
